Managed to catch a few pictures of a young Goldfinch at the Weekend. I have plenty of Adults visit my feeder but have never seen a youngster on it. They lack the red face of the adults and still have their speckled undersides. They are also a much darker brown. Check my gallery to compare the juviniles to the adults.
